Debbie Davidman

Debbie Davidman is a Co-Founder of Encapsulated Inc, where she works with accounting firms to turn fragmented software stacks into streamlined, workflow-driven automation.

With more than twenty-five years as CIO of a national accounting firm—and an early career in accounting and taxation, Debbie brings a deep understanding of both firm operations and technology. She holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance with a minor in Information Systems from New York University.

Debbie partners closely with firm leadership to design workflows that eliminate repetitive data entry, improve user experience, and reduce operational friction. Having worked extensively with many of the accounting industry’s software vendors, she has seen firsthand where traditional solutions break down and why true end-to-end automation is so difficult to achieve.

At Encapsulated, her focus is on helping firms become more profitable and efficient—enabling growth and scalability without increasing headcount—while freeing professionals from application overload so they can focus on building knowledge, strengthening client relationships, and serving as trusted advisors.
